Refund Policy
If you have any concerns about a Beauty Hall purchase, please visit us in store along with the product, and one of our dedicated team will do their best to assist you.
Exchanges and Refunds
From 12/03/25, we will no longer be offering refunds.
Unless faulty, products which have been opened or damaged cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We will only replace items that are available in store, and we will not process a refund or take liability for items that have been sent into store via courier or post.
We will refund via the original payment/tender format detailed on the receipt.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
