- The Bobby’s Beauty loyalty Card scheme is operated by Bobby's Beauty, The Square, Bourne Ave, BH2 5LY. Registered in England & Wales: company no.12112068.

- Bobby’s Beauty can cancel, withdraw or alter the loyalty programme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individuals’ Bobby’s Beauty loyalty account.

- All loyalty cards belong to Bobby’s Beauty.
- The Bobby’s Beauty loyalty scheme is only valid in our Bobby’s Beauty store at Bobby’s of Bournemouth.

- Bobby’s Beauty does not issue additional cards for the same account. If we identify that a customer holds two or more Bobby’s Beauty accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion.
- Bobby's Beauty loyalty scheme is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Bobby’s Beauty reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.
- Bobby’s Beauty can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Bobby’s Beauty loyalty account and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or any associated offers.
- Use of additional offers and benefits associated with your Bobby’s Beauty loyalty account are subject to store availability.
- Bobby’s Beauty will remove any points from registered card accounts that haven’t been used for two years or have been closed.
- All physical loyalty cards should be registered before use in store at Bobby’s Beauty, at one of our till points.
- Bobby’s Beauty loyalty is open to customers over the age of 13.

- Bobby’s Beauty is committed to protecting customers’ privacy. We will always keep personal information safe, will never sell it to third parties and will only send marketing material if our customers have agreed we can do so. 

- Please refer to our privacy policy for full details of how and why we use your personal information.

- The Bobbys’ Beauty Reward card is available in store only.

- The standard number of points you will collect is four points for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases.

- If you forget your Bobby’s Beauty loyalty card, please tell a team member at the point of sale and they can access your account at the nearest till point in store.

- Points are not available on any in-store services, professional discount cards, gift boxes and charitable merchandise.

- Points are not available on gift cards.

- During Bobby’s Beauty card points events, existing points promotions will not be multiplied.

- Bobby’s Beauty reserves the right to withdraw points promotions/offers without notice.

- One point is worth £0.01 to spend on products in store at Bobby’s Beauty. We will not exchange Bobby’s Beauty points for cash and the offer is non-transferable.

- Points cannot be spent on any beauty service or non beauty related products in the store.

- Bobby’s Beauty reserves the right to ask for identification such as a driving license.

- Bobby’s Beauty reserves the right to substitute or remove products and services available for Bobby’s Beauty loyalty points collection and redemption in store without notice.

- If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your Bobby’s Beauty loyalty account

- If a product you buy with your Bobby’s Beauty loyalty card is faulty, please return it to our Bobby’s Beauty store. If necessary, we will credit your account with the right number of points. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
